1. User Accounts & Access

  • To access AIQYA content, users must register with a valid email ID.
  • Free users are granted limited access for 1 week.
  • Premium content is available only through an active paid subscription (monthly or annual).
  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and ensuring their account is used only by them.
  • AIQYA reserves the right to verify accounts and take action in case of suspicious or fraudulent access.

2. Subscription & Payments

  • We offer subscription-based access (monthly and annual plans).
  • All payments are handled via secure third-party gateways.
  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for partial refunds only if:
    • No premium content has been accessed.
    • The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
    • If approved, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the equivalent of two months’ subscription fee (first month usage + one month service charge).
  • Refunds for accidental purchases will be considered only for annual subscriptions, provided:
    • The request is raised within 24 hours of purchase,
    • No premium content has been accessed.
    • If approved, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the equivalent of two months’ subscription fee (first month usage + one month service charge).

3. Content Usage & Restrictions

  • All content on AIQYA is protected by copyright.
  • Content may not be downloaded, copied, or redistributed unless explicitly allowed.
  • Premium content is viewable online only unless a specific document (e.g., Investment Grade Report) is marked as downloadable.
  • Screenshots, public reposting, or republishing of content is strictly prohibited.
  • Any misuse may result in account suspension without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All text, AIQYA Score ratings, insights, visualizations, and reports on the platform are the intellectual property of AIQYA.
  • Use of the AIQYA name, brand, or logo without written permission is prohibited.
  • Project images and floor plans featured in reviews belong to their respective developers or rights holders, and are used under fair use for informational and educational purposes.
  • Use of any third-party assets (e.g., logos, images, maps) is governed by fair use principles and will be credited where applicable. Such assets remain the property of their respective owners.
  • If you believe any material is improperly used, please contact us at legal@aiqya.com for resolution.

5. Account Termination

  • Suspended accounts will lose access to premium content without refund eligibility.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
    • Violate our terms
    • Misuse content
    • Attempt unauthorized access or fraudulent activity

6. Limitation of Liability

  • AIQYA is a research-driven platform offering property insights and analysis only.
  • We do not provide investment, legal, or financial advice.
  • Decisions made using our reports or recommendations are at the sole discretion of the user.
  • AIQYA shall not be held responsible for:
    • Any monetary loss, delays, or dissatisfaction arising from third-party property transactions
    • Project delays, changes in specifications, or developer commitments
    • Errors, omissions, or outdated information despite best efforts to stay current
    • Technical issues, server downtime, or user inability to access content temporarily

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of major changes via email or notices on the platform.
